Wasn't Port Deposit suposed to have free electric when the dam was built in 1927?
Everyone say this but I have not clue whether it is true.
- this is supposed to be because of the our own electric company being absorbed and the dam affecting our way of life.
this sparked another question
Have the fish in the Susquehanna ever recovered from the dam cutting of migratory spawning?
Has anyone seen a herring lately?
or a shad?
