A few years back when passed thru the town goverment,the funds donated by clark turner to help restore the scale house,or to at least stop the decay were available to do so and two able volunters to do so this would'nt be a problem . As usual the town goverment fumbled the ball again.So as it is always money donated disappears?????Does the historical society really have anything to do with preserving the history of "ol port"?
